Overview
Dentist / Dental Clinic Website is a professional, patient-friendly site tailored to a dental practice. It presents treatments, introduces the team, showcases real before/after results, answers common questions, and lets patients request appointments online.
Built on a headless CMS, the practice can keep treatment pages, staff, gallery images, and reviews up to date without a developer — while patients get a fast, trustworthy site that turns visits into booked appointments.
The problem
Many clinics rely on an outdated site or a social page that doesn't answer patient questions or capture bookings. This gives the practice a credible, conversion-focused presence — clear treatment information, social proof, and a simple path to book.
Who it's for
- Dental clinics and independent dentists wanting a professional web presence.
- Practices that need online appointment requests instead of phone-only booking.
- Clinic managers who want to update treatments, staff, and reviews themselves.
Features
Treatment / service pages
Dedicated pages for each treatment explaining the procedure, benefits, and what to expect.
Team & credentials
Profiles for each dentist and hygienist with photos, qualifications, and specialisms to build trust.
Before/after gallery
A visual gallery of real results, filterable by treatment, as social proof for prospective patients.
Online appointment booking
A booking or appointment-request form that sends enquiries straight to the clinic.
FAQ & patient reviews
Answers to common questions and patient testimonials that reassure and convert visitors.
User stories
- As a prospective patient, I want to read about a treatment so that I understand the procedure and cost.
- As a patient, I want to request an appointment online so that I don't have to call during opening hours.
- As a visitor, I want to see before/after results and reviews so that I can trust the clinic.
- As a clinic manager, I want to update treatments and staff myself so that the site stays accurate.
User flow
- 1

A visitor browses treatment pages to understand the services offered.
- 2
Build trust
The visitor reviews the team, before/after gallery, and patient testimonials.
- 3
Request appointment
The visitor submits a booking request, which is delivered to the clinic.
- 4
Clinic updates content
Staff edit treatments, gallery images, and reviews through the CMS as the practice changes.
Architecture
A Next.js front end with a Sanity headless CMS. Treatments, team members, gallery items, and testimonials are structured content the clinic edits in a friendly studio, while patients get fast, SEO-friendly pages.
The booking form posts to a serverless endpoint that emails the clinic (and can integrate a scheduling tool), so no patient data is exposed publicly.
Pages are server-rendered for local SEO — important for a location-based business — with metadata and maps to help patients find and choose the clinic.

Can we update treatments and staff ourselves?
Yes. Treatments, team profiles, gallery images, and reviews are all editable in the CMS without a developer.
Will it help us show up in local search?
Yes. Pages are server-rendered with local SEO, metadata, and maps to help nearby patients find the clinic.
Is patient data handled safely?
Booking submissions are sent directly to the clinic via a secure endpoint and are not exposed on the public site.
