Common questions

What do I need to provide to get started?

Your production URL, GitHub repo access (or read-only), and any existing monitoring credentials. We do the rest.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No lock-in, no cancellation fees. Cancel with 30 days' notice and your plan runs to the end of the billing period.

What counts as a "bug fix"?

A bug is something that was previously working and has broken. New functionality is a feature addition. If it's grey, we always give the benefit of the doubt.

Do you work with any tech stack?

What's included in the monthly health report?

Uptime summary, error rate trends, performance metrics (Core Web Vitals), dependency update log, incidents and resolutions, and recommendations for the next month.

Additional hours beyond your plan are billed at $120/hr (Basic) or $100/hr (Standard/Premium) — and we always ask before going over.
